Mercy Johnson and her colleague, Ramsey Nouah, hit it big with the organiser of Globeceleb, a new reality television show called The Next Soap Star.

And it seems like rumour mongers have failed this time because Mercy Johnson who was said to be blind in a movie location in Asaba, Delta State, was not only looking attractive but complete with two eyes.

She and her husband, Prince Odi, were at the official lunch and signing of the deal with the Managing Director of Globeceleb, Jessica Oweife Vangestel at Amnezia Spot in Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos.

The two actors are signed for three months to anchor, train and nurture 30 housemates that are expected to start the reality television show very soon.

However, before Mercy and Nouah came to the red carpet to unveil the show officially, they were in close doors with Mrs. Vangestel to sign the legal documents.

Speaking at the unveiling of the show, Mercy encouraged every talented Nigerian to see this new reality television show as a pathway to his or her career.

She also said the show would create and build stars so the masses out there should take advantage and get registered as auditions would be in Lagos, Calabar, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Bayelsa.

She equally said she is honoured working with the management and her co-anchor Nouah and that the show would experience the best of its kind as she would make sure it gets the needed fun.

Mercy that was looking so beautiful on her nice pair of black trouser and a pair of high heel shoes frequently moves her long Brazilian hair as she talks happily to various reporters about her plans to make the show a success.

Nouah also said he was very delighted to be part of the project and thanked everybody who came and Nigerians who have put food on his table again, that if not for them he wouldn't have been there.

Speaking about the show, he said everything had been put in place for the show to achieve the needed support. He said the objective of this reality television show was to build and nurture youths' talents all over the country so that they can be useful and make a better living in the society.
